Past Events 08/28/2010 - Summer Carnival and Picnic We are having the end of summer carnival and picnic blowout and everyone is invited! Join us for fun games, including: swimming minute to win it kids games We will be at a private lake this year, so the fun will be outstanding!  Everyone is invited and this is a great time to check out the teacher and students.  If you have been thinking of trying Kuk Sool Won martial arts, call 330-389-0304 for more information about the picnic.  Join us for a great day.   Picnic start at noon.  Please bring a dish to share. 07/15/2010 - Wrestling Clinic Youth Wrestling clinic to be held at 8289 Windam st Garrettsville ohio 44231. On July 15th and 16th. Please print out a copy of registration form and mail to 113 E. Main St in Ravenna ohio 44266. Along with your registration fee and t-shirt money.  If you have any questions please call 330-389-0304 Registration Form for clinic 03/06/2010 - March Testing and Belt meeting There will be testing in Ravenna starting at 9am.  If KSN Jack told you to be ready for test, please be there at your assigned time.  Also, at 11 there will be a meeting with all Brown belts and Red belts.  03/05/2010 - Garretsville Parent Meeting There will be a parents meeting at the Garrettsville studio starting at 7pm.  This will allow parents to ask questions and students will get their id cards and handbooks.  We will also discuss the fundraiser for the tournament trip.   02/26/2010 - No Classes!! No classes tonight - Feb 26, 2010 - Garrettsville and Ravenna 02/06/2010 - Mantua Grand Opening Join us for our Grand Opening all day - 9am until 3pm.  We will be having upper belt testing at 9am and lower belt testing at 10am.  Class will be at 12pm. 01/24/2010 - Tournament This is our first tournament to attend to prepare for the Kuk Sool Tournament in April.  Go to the website to check it out.  Directions and sign up sheet are there. Payment and sheets will need turned into Kang Do Won.  If interested in attending, let KSN Jack know. 01/02/2010 - Holiday Banquet Our annual Holiday Banquet is just around the corner. Date is Jan 2 at St. Joe's in Mantua. Cost is $10 per person and kids under 4 are free. 12/29/2009 - DEMO TEAM PRACTICE 8 pm 12/18/2009 - DEMO TEAM PRACTICE 6:30 pm 12/12/2009 - DEMO TEAM PRACTICE 1 pm 12/11/2009 - DEMO TEAM PRACTICE 6:30pm 12/05/2009 - Dec 2009 Testing Testing at 9am for red belts and brown belts.  Testing at 10 am for white, yellow, and blue belts. If you have been told to be there, please be there for testing.  Please pay KSN Jack before the test.  Testing may last 2 or more hours, so please be prepared. Brown belt meeting immediately following. 12/05/2009 - Dec 2009 Brown belt meeting We will be having our monthly brown belt meeting after the testing on Sat.  Tentative time is 11am though it may actually start a little later due to the testing right before this.  Please be there at 11am to be ready when testing is over. 12/04/2009 - Toys for Tots Kickathon We are once again having our annual Toys for Tots Kick - a - Thon. We are asking all students to participate because we are going to be doing a group picture.. Please print a copy of the sponsor sheet and get as many sponsors as you can. Then, on Dec. 4th at 6:30pm in the Crestwood  gym we will be doing our kicks. Each student should be there to participate. Any questions, see KSN Jack. Also, this will be an opportunity for pictures. We will have a photographer there to take professional pictures of anyone that wants them.  You can pick up sheets at the studio. Please, even if you don't get sponsors or don't want to kick for some reason, please show up for the group picture.     11/27/2009 - Little Warrior Night This little warrior night is the day after Thanksgiving and is the same time as the midnight madness in Ravenna. The merchants will be open and the group will be going around singing Christmas Carols. There is no cost for this one, so come and enjoy. There will be hot chocolate and other goodies. If you can bring a snack to share, let KSN know. 11/21/2009 - Demo team practice We will be having demo team practice at 1 pm to get ready for the kick a thon demo. 11/14/2009 - Red Belt Meeting - MANDATORY This is a required meeting for all Red Belts - 11 am. We will be discussing upcoming changes and WKSA requirements. 11/07/2009 - Brown Belt Meeting - MANDATORY This is a mandatory meeting with all Brown Belts - 11 am.
